Darkness. It is all encompassing, even when the moon fades away for the sun. To some, the shadows hold only horror, but to others, it is their very life blood. To survive, however, most shadow creatures – be they vampires, werewolves, wizards, or even the great demons of Hell – have stayed hidden in the dark cover of night, striking only when the moment was right…
…until recently, that is. Something has shifted in the supernatural realm, some power we humans cannot yet understand, much less fight. Yes even as the sun rises, mankind is not safe – or certainly not as safe as we once were. Pandora’s box has been opened, dear friends, and the results are not pretty.
And yet, even as our streets are filled with unparalleled evil, we have reason to hope. Hunters have stepped up to the challenge to defend mankind, and they are not alone. Angels, figuratively and literally, guide the Hunters steps, and the presence of Light magic has never been stronger, nor can it be ignored any longer. It is a time of great conflict, but also a time of great triumph and victory. The only question is, who will lay claim to these victories – light or dark – and which side will you be on?
