My strengths and Weaknesses
What should a human's weaknesses be? Other than the fact that she can become malnourished and dehydrated - which she does her best to never allow to happen to her? Secretly, Avalon claims that musicals are her Kryptonite. She can name any song that has been produced in a musical, and even sing a few bars - though they may be a little off-key. Another weakness that most know about her is that after breaking her left wrist multiple times, she'll never be allowed to lift anything over ten pounds in her life again - including her future children.
Being five foot nine, Avalon is taller than most girls, with a well-rounded figure that she makes sure no-one thinks she's anorexic with. Glad that she doesn't seem too tall, large, or anything like that - Avalon is a bookworm-y girl with a calm and leader-like personality, always getting into some sort of small trouble when bored. Avalon's quite talented in archery and football (soccer). She spent most of her childhood outdoors, building up her endurance and agility for soccer. Archery just came naturally to her, seeing as her mother was a fine archer as well.
My History
Born to Lance and Elaine Bach on September 29, Avalon was well received - until her mother took a turn for the worse after giving birth to the eight ounce, seventeen inches bundle of screams, ultimately killing her. Avalon grew up in a quiet household, with her older brother Arthur and father Lance. In her early years living in England, Ava would keep her nose in fairytale books, thriving for a world much like her books. Her father would scold her for reading such trash and one day, after coming home from primary school, all her books were missing. Screaming and cursing at her father, she broke the only remaining photograph of her mother by throwing it at his head. After that day she took a vow of silence toward her father, having her brother speak for her when ever she needed to talk with Lance.
Years later - with a small, festering grudge against her father, whom she refuses to call anything but Lance - the trio moved to New York on account of Lance's newly acquired job. Avalon, fourteen at the time delved into the American teen-aged life-style. Finding that by pretending her family didn't make her want to go on a "homicidal rampage", Avalon made herself a relatively normal life in the New Yorker way, still believing in her fairy tales and myths - since her brother always regales her with tales of the things he sees..
Roleplay Sample
Thought you should know that Ava doesn't have the Sight. She's just a plain Jane Mundane, her brother has the Sight though...

She snarled, throwing her shirts into her closet. Lance was screaming down the hall at her, causing her to swear under her breath in Italian. She didn't care if she butchered the word so horribly as long as it came out and he couldn't understand her.
'
"The same, as usual. I wish I would have moved in with Granmum. It'd be better than this - this inferno-foro sanguinante*! Significo, fotte! È tale scatto!•"
Arthur stared wide eyed at her before breaking into a cackle. Avalon scowled, chunking a pair of pumps at his head.
"Get out. I want to wallow in self-pity and swear in Italian."
Arthur left slowly, still laughing as he made his way to his room, probably to study something paranormal again. Avalon turned back to one of her suitcases and just tipped the red thing over, letting the contents fall to the cherry oak flooring like they were nothing.
