This is my life
Age: 18
___
Gender
Female
Species
Shadow hunter
Home town
Cold Spring NY
Relationship status
Single
Occupation
shadow hunter
My strengths and Weaknesses
She hate water unless it's boiling hot and or near a volcano
Her attitude gets her in trouble allot, especially when dealing with vampires. She hates vampires
she can become extremely paranoid in unknown places, like anywhere outside of New York. Even when she's in Idris she's paranoid.
She loves fire and it can affect how she fights dramatically. If there is fire around her she can use it to her advantage especially when she can hold fire in her hands and make it move. Even if there is a tiny candle lit near her she can use it to her advantage. If there is no fire she tends to be more strategic when she fights.
She is quick to the draw and a very skilled sword fighter, she can wield a sword in both hands so it doesn't matter if she has injured one arm, it doesn't matter because she can fight just as well with the other arm.
She gets along well with warlocks especially when it comes to color or designing things, She often has a warlock coloring her hair for her or helping her pick out a new outfit. In return she will do them a favor of any kind.
My History
Katherine grew up in a small house right outside of New York.
Both her mother and father were shadow hunter and had raised
her to be one since she was five. She grew up with a fascination
of fire always running around the house with candles in her
hands her mother and father chasing after her. She was also
very skilled with a sword. She trained with a sword everyday and
she was all so home schooled.
She was home schooled because it seemed easier to her parents
that way so they could raise her as a shadow hunter not as a
mundane. She practiced and improved every day and still had a
distaste for water. Her parents allowed her to come on a mission
with them in New York where they were to slay a vampire that
was killing people unlawfully, but it was a trap. A whole gang of
vampire attacked Katherine and her parents but they managed
to defeat them all, but not without a price. Katherine had lost
bother of her parents due to wounds and blood loss. She has
never been the same since. She was brought to the Institute in
New York to be raised but she was always getting in trouble for
attacking the other hunters or for randomly setting things on fire.
She often Sneeks out at night to go hang out with some of her
warlock friends and often got in trouble for it. She never quit her
studies and constantly trained with her sword and improved. She
now tries to live as normally as a shadow hunter can and she
swears upon her grave that she will take on any vampire who
dare mock her or her parents and slaughter them.
Role play Sample
Katherine was walking in the cemetery at night half hoping a
vampire would come out so she could fight it and sort of
avenge her parents murder. At least that will only happen if the
vampire mocks her. She promised herself she wouldn't dare
touch a vampire as long as it didn't mock her or her
parents. "Stupid vampires..." She muttered to no one in
particular. She took out her match book and removed all the
matches, and with a flick of her wrist the matches were lit.
She had already put her iPod headphones in her ears and the
song Super Girl by Saving Jane was playing. She felt the urge
to dance come on. She glanced around quickly and noticed that
absolutely no one was there. She smirked as the flames
spread from the matches onto her finger tips. The neon blue in
her hair and her neon green eyes blazed where ever the flames
light touched. She felt the beat of the song and her limbs
moved with the rhythm. The dance felt natural to her probably
because her mom had actually taught her how to dance. She
smiled at the memory and smiled even more when she saw
that the flame didn't go out when she danced and they traced
out the lines where ever her hands moved.
She barely noticed anyone walk near her until she stopped and
she heard clapping. She lost her concentration and the flames
disappeared surrounding her in complete darkness. "Hello." She
said strongly and surely to whoever was clapping. It took a
minute for her eyes to adjust and even then she couldn't see the
clapping person. "Show yourself." She said loudly not exactly a
shout but it still echoed in the not so empty graveyard.
