Hey, I know I'm new here and I know you guys said you weren't looking for help, but I noticed that you didn't yet have a code for removing the topic icons and new/old folders on the board. I don't know if you guys stylistically chose to keep those and if you did, I'm sorry for thinking otherwise, but I remembered that I had some bookmarked websites that give you the code to get rid of those if you want. All you need to know are on the sites (where to put the code, how to adjust it, etc) and I think they'll help a lot. They helped me when I created a site, so, now I'm passing it on to you =D.

Wouldn't new icons be more.. useful? They could be stylish and made a way that connects with the book series (Maybe a rune design which could be coloured when there's new topics and gray when there isn't?)
Maybe I'm saying something different. But the current old/new topic buttons are old.
oh, and if you use those codes Simon, I think the last post is the correct one. (Least with first topic)

In my experience, I found that the new/old icons just got in the way. I've made a lot of sites before and helped other admins with theirs and we never used those icons. In our opinions, it just makes the board look neater, but you're right, too. Instead of new/old icons, we just looked at the thread listing. It always says when the last post was posted and if it's recent, the word "yesterday" is in bold, so we just didn't see use for the icons. I agree though, I could get rune pictures to use for the icons instead. We should do the iratze or the fearless rune. Those are my favorites xD
The codes are for two different things. The first code is to get rid of the folders, the ones beside each of the threads on the main page. The second code is to get rid of The topic icons (<Click for image) They can both be used at the same time. One shouldn't interfere with the other, Simon. Sorry, I guess I should have mentioned that. Haha.

Suggestions are amazing!!! This is why we have a suggestions box  I love them and I don't know what I would do without them. I have put the codes in, but I don't think the second one worked...  But yes, if we had runes for the icons, then it would be much more exciting! |

Whaaa? That code should work....Did you scroll all the way down to the bottom? Because in that thread, the people were trying to fix it, but the last post, the very last one posted by the user "SubDevo" is the correct one. I made the mistake of inputting the first one, myself when I first found it. Uh, if you DID put the last code in, I don't know why it wouldn't work. Did you try putting it at the very bottom of the Global Footer? Because it'll work best if you put it there. Other than that, did you edit the parts it told you to? Sorry, I don't mean to sound like I don't think you're capable, but I can't really help otherwise and that makes me sad T_T
If it still doesn't work, then THIS (click) is the code you need. That code will allow you to change the folders into another image. I'll work on editing the rune images for you if you want me to. I don't have access to Photoshop outside of school, so if you could wait until Monday/Tuesday, that would be awesome. =]

Yeah... I don't know. I put them in all the way at the bottom, so I'm not sure way it's not actually working. I shall play around for it a little now... I think I did, lol. I probably am incompetent. I'm just learning and increasing my skills, so all the criticism I get is amazing.
That would be great if you could work on the runes! I would greatly appreciate it. Just make you you sill pay attention at school. I have made that mistake too many times xD Still do.
I could make you our graphics mod, then you could help out more with the images. It would make it less complicated for me, the noob XD

Sorry I haven't been on. My cpu was acting up and on top of that, I got sick. Haha.
'Cause I was sick, I didn't get a chance to work on the runes yet, but I promise you sometime next week. I'm so sorry haha. I wish I had Photoshop at home. Damn, why did it have to be so much money?! *Sad face*
Oh, goodness! Only if you want to. I didn't mean to imply anything. I'm happy with just being a member! I'll check out the code when I get a free chance and if we can't figure it out, maybe I'll be a temp mod to help. Thank you for the offer though! I'm glad my coding is helping thus far. <3

That's ok, don't worry about it. I don't mind it when people take a few days off. It's only when they take months off when it becomes a problem.... O_o lol
That's not good... I hope you get better. You don't have to rush XD I love photoshop so much, but we do not actually own it at home. I have a laptop provided by my school though, so photoshop was automatically uploaded onto it. Download 'Gimp'. It's like photoshop, but free! Just type it into google.
I do, seeing as I lack the appropriate skils XD lol, you can teach me more about coding and graphics then. I'm only pretty new to all of this, so having an extra helping hand would be great, especially in the graphics field! xD

Oh my gosh! I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! And in that meanwhile, I managed to make some runes~!
You can make whatever color whatever post you want (new or old) I imagine blue for new and black for old.

Hope these work and so sorry for the delay~!
For some reason, the background of the images keeps coming up white. I won't have access to photoshop again for a few days, where I might be able to fix the problem. It might just be easier to edit the image in paint and dye the background the color of the forum. I'm sorry, once again. I'll try to help out when I get back to photoshop.
